Saint Teresa Basketball

Our 12-week basketball season kicks off earlier in the year and runs through mid-March, offering more game time and development for players across all levels. The program is proudly run by Phil & PJ Shea through Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus Parish, with decades of experience supporting youth basketball in Pawtucket.

Eligibility
Open to students in Grades 3–8, with teams based on skill level and grade:

Instructional (Grades 3–4)

Junior Division (Grades 5–6) – Divisions 1 & 2

Grammar Division (Grades 7–8) – Divisions 1 & 2

In 2024, we proudly relaunched our Middle School Girls Basketball Team, coached by our history teacher, Christine Field, with support from science teacher, Jake Fitzgerald.

Tryouts
Tryouts are held prior to the season for placement. More details to follow!

Important Note
Registration fees have increased slightly to reflect the extended season and to fairly compensate our dedicated officials.
